School Supply Information
What is needed for the 2024-2025 school year? NONE.
The Knox County Board of Education is once again providing basic school supplies for all of our students. Originally funded through Federal ESSER, the Board of Education will be using general funds along with additional federal funds to ensure that all students have the basic school supplies needed to succeed.
Can students bring their favorite cartoon character pencil and folder to school? Of course!
2024-2025 Academic Calendar
We can’t wait to see students back in the classroom on Wednesday, August 7, 2024.
A complete academic calendar of breaks, days off, and tentative spring break and end of school can be found on our www.kcps.events website.
We Are Under Construction
Our website, www.knoxkyschools.com, and additional websites maintained by the school district are currently under construction! To ensure that all information is current for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year, and to comply with House Bill 6 and other website requirements from the Kentucky Department of Education, our full website will be available soon.
Needing specific information while you wait? E-mail communications@knox.kyschools.us with your request.
