    Adopt a Highway Art Contest

    To increase environmental awareness among children, to educate children about the devastating effects of litter and to change attitudes and behaviors about littering, the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet conducts an annual Adopt a Highway art contest for ages 5-18. The theme for 2017 is Adopt-A-Highway: Make It Yours. All entries must be postmarked by Tuesday, October 31, 2017.
